MCI is capable and experienced in manufacturing electric cables and wires complying with international standards including JASO, BS, IEC, DIN, JIS and IS.

Yes. MCI Cables manufactures cables as per JIS standards, and its cables are routinely tested in Japan for compliance with physical properties such as tensile strength, elongation, abrasion resistance and IR, as well as material compliance with environmental standards.

MCI has experience working with environment-friendly non-halogen and RoHS compliant lead-free compounds for cable applications.

MCI produces high quality wire harnesses used in home electronic appliances such as air-conditioners, refrigerators, deep freezers, televisions and water dispensers. These harnesses are produced in-house and comply with international quality standards.

MCI operates an in-house copper processing unit that processes copper rods into smaller diameters and gauges, followed by annealing and bunching to produce high quality copper rope with controlled physical properties.

MCI manufactures PVC in-house for cable insulation and also uses thermoplastic materials including XLPE, XLPO and EVA. Material selection depends on the cable type, application and required standard.

MCI adds value to its cable products through an in-house injection moulding unit that produces power shoes used in electrical appliances including refrigerators, deep freezers, air conditioners and other consumer electronic products.

MCI uses production and quality-control equipment including high precision electric heaters, spark testers, in-line digital diameter controllers and in-line digital counter meters. Incoming raw material, in-process materials and finished products are also checked by the Quality Department.
